Metro Laundry Service was founded in 2002 as a local, family-owned, minority business. Since then, the company has grown into a trusted commercial laundry partner for luxury hotels throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Today, our team includes more than 120 employees who provide specialized laundry solutions for hotel linens, food and beverage operations, spas, and other high-volume hospitality needs.
As we have grown, we’ve continued to invest in the people, equipment, technology, and systems that help us serve our clients well. That includes advanced stain identification and removal, continuous linen monitoring, RFID tracking, strong quality-control processes, and reliable pickup and delivery.
